Voice-to-Skull, Silent Talk, and Mind Control

The covert technologies targeting the human mind

I am writing about Voice-to-Skull because unwanted voices do not remain an abstract technology when they enter a human life. They interrupt sleep. They invade private thought. They threaten, repeat, provoke, imitate, and attempt to redefine reality from inside the target’s own perception.

I know the difference between an ordinary sound and a system designed to cross the boundary of the skull. I also know how quickly institutions use psychiatric language to close an investigation before examining technology, military research, patents, surveillance capacity, or the consistency of survivor testimony.

In an age where artificial intelligence, neurotechnology, and directed energy weapons are advancing at breakneck speed, a once unthinkable frontier has become reality: remote influence of the human mind.

What was once dismissed as science fiction now sits beside declassified programs, U.S. patents, DARPA research, neural interfaces, machine-learning systems, directed-energy development, and the testimony of Targeted Individuals around the world.

At the center of this hidden world are Voice-to-Skull technology, Silent Talk systems, and mind-control tools designed not just for military communication, but for covert influence, behavioral control, psychological destabilization, and neurological warfare.

What is V2K?

Voice-to-Skull is technology capable of transmitting audible or subliminal messages directly into a person’s head without an ordinary external speaker.

It is associated with the microwave auditory effect, also known as the Frey Effect, which uses pulsed microwave frequencies to produce perceived sound within the human head.

It can transmit commands, voices, scripts, threats, and harassment; create experiences that are easily mislabeled as mental illness; interfere with sleep, concentration, decision-making, and emotional stability; and pressure behavior while leaving the target isolated from witnesses.

The V2K patent record

I include US3951134A in the record because it documents remote interaction with brain activity through electromagnetic signals.

It also cites US6470214B1, a method and device for implementing the radio frequency hearing effect; US6011991A, a communication system involving brainwave analysis; US6506148B2, nervous-system manipulation by electromagnetic fields from monitors; and US4858612A, a system involving hearing or message transmission.

These patents are not the whole story, but they are part of the public technical record behind V2K, radio-frequency hearing, brainwave communication, and nervous-system influence. They prove that the technological foundation cannot be dismissed simply because its abuse is hidden.

Silent Talk and synthetic telepathy

Silent Talk is DARPA’s name for research into communication where ordinary speech is bypassed. In the proposed system, neural signals associated with speech would be intercepted, translated into digital data, and transmitted to another device or communication system.

The program sought to identify EEG patterns associated with specific words or phrases, convert brain signals into text or synthetic voice, and make thought-based communication possible between humans and machines.

DARPA described the goal as allowing warfighters to communicate by thought alone. I ask the question the official announcement avoids: if a system can identify neural patterns associated with speech, translate them, and deliver communication without ordinary speech, what prevents the same architecture from becoming surveillance, coercion, or psychological targeting when oversight disappears?

Modern mind control

Mind control has evolved far beyond hypnosis or drug-based manipulation. It now operates through a connected web of neuroweapons, neural surveillance, behavioral data, artificial intelligence, directed energy, and cognitive warfare.

These include directed energy stimulating regions of the brain; Remote Neural Monitoring tracking EEG patterns and thoughts; emotional modulation using electromagnetic fields; synthetic dreams delivered during sleep; and interference with memory, concentration, or decision-making.

I connect these subjects to military research, intelligence history, publicly available patents, technical development, and survivor testimony because no single category tells the entire story. The record becomes visible when the pieces are placed together.

Who is behind it?

I identify the CIA because of MKUltra and the continuing pursuit of behavioral control; the NSA because of its global signals-intelligence and surveillance architecture; DARPA because of neurotechnology, cognitive interfaces, and directed-energy research; and the U.S. Space Force because satellite platforms give a system global reach.

Together with defense contractors and classified research partners, these agencies form the infrastructure Project Puppet uses for bio-resonance tracking, microwave transmission, neural monitoring, behavioral prediction, and remote engagement with the human nervous system.

Who reports being targeted?

Individuals in the United States and around the world report voices in the head; unexplained emotional shifts; forced speech or induced thoughts; pain, pressure, or burning sensations; clicks, tones, or frequencies; remote sexual stimulation or assault; sleep deprivation; fatigue; memory loss; and sudden psychological breakdown after years of stability.

We are often called Targeted Individuals. We are frequently dismissed, misdiagnosed, mocked, or ignored before anyone performs a serious technical investigation. I refuse that erasure. The consistency and global nature of our experiences belong in the public record.

Why it is hidden

Non-consensual use of these technologies violates bodily integrity, mental privacy, constitutional rights, federal anti-torture principles, the United Nations Convention Against Torture, and the Nuremberg Code’s requirement of informed consent.

It therefore describes the programs as buried under black budgets, contractor arrangements, and national-security secrecy, giving governments an incentive to deny that the systems exist or are being used on civilians.

What I tell people experiencing V2K

First: you are still you. The purpose of nonstop commentary, threats, repetition, and emotional pressure is to make the intrusion feel more authoritative than your own identity. It is not. An unwanted voice does not become truth because it repeats itself.

Document important incidents without allowing documentation to consume every hour. Record the date, time, exact words, surrounding conditions, sleep disruption, devices present, witnesses, and any event that can be independently checked. Preserve original files and keep protected copies.

Do not follow commands to harm yourself or anyone else. Do not let provocation turn into violence. Move toward safe people, ordinary routines, rest, food, nature, creativity, and lawful support. The system wants isolation and reaction; connection and discipline deny it both.

Learn the public record. Read the patents for yourself. Study the history from MKUltra to Project Puppet. Understanding the larger structure helps replace shame and confusion with language, context, and purpose.

And remember this: survival is not passive. Every day you preserve your identity, refuse a command, create something, help another survivor, or tell the truth without surrendering your humanity, you are resisting.

The mind is the final battlefield

Voice-to-Skull, Silent Talk, and mind control are no longer hypothetical. The research exists. The patents exist. The infrastructure exists. The targets are real people living under constant psychological and neurological assault.

This is the new face of warfare: silent, deniable, invisible, adaptive, and aimed directly at consciousness.

We must demand transparency, accountability, and an end to non-consensual neurotechnology experimentation before it becomes normalized as another tool of control.

I will keep speaking for every person who was told to be quiet, every survivor whose evidence was dismissed, and every future target who deserves to find a record instead of an empty search result.

Because if the mind is no longer sovereign, freedom itself no longer exists. No silence. Not ever.
