From MKUltra to Project Puppet

The evolution of mind control

When I began tracing Project Puppet backward through history, I found a straight line hidden beneath changing project names. The tools changed. The secrecy did not. The target remained the same: human consciousness.

I refuse to treat MKUltra as a sealed chapter from another era. It was the beginning of a research program that learned from every experiment, absorbed every scandal, and moved forward under deeper classification and more advanced technology.

For decades, governments and intelligence agencies have quietly advanced technologies of control—perfecting the ability to monitor, manipulate, and ultimately dominate the human mind.

It is called Project Puppet—a total system of neurological enslavement, powered by satellites, artificial intelligence, and weaponized neuroscience.

MKUltra: the beginning of psychological warfare

In the 1950s and 60s, the CIA launched MKUltra, a covert program experimenting with mind-altering drugs, hypnosis, sensory deprivation, and psychological torture. The official justification was to counter Soviet and Chinese brainwashing, but the truth was darker: MKUltra was about breaking the human will and finding ways to reprogram consciousness itself.

Victims—many unwilling or unsuspecting—were subjected to LSD dosing, electroshock, and sleep deprivation, often leaving them permanently scarred.

Whistleblowers and declassified documents revealed MKUltra’s shocking scope, but the government claimed the program ended in the 1970s. What they did not say was that MKUltra was simply the foundation for something far more advanced.

RHIC-EDOM, Monarch, and psychic research

After MKUltra’s exposure, fragments of its technology re-emerged in new classified operations.

• RHIC-EDOM—Radio Hypnotic Intra-Cerebral Control and Electronic Dissolution of Memory—was designed to erase, block, and interfere with memory remotely.

• Project Monarch was linked to trauma-based mind control, using torture and dissociation to fracture personalities and create programmable alters.

• Stargate programs explored psychic spying, remote viewing, and manipulation of consciousness fields.

Each step forward combined psychology with emerging electronics, shifting the battlefield from crude chemicals to frequencies and signals.

The rise of remote neural technology

By the 1990s, government labs and defense contractors were working with patents that outlined direct interfaces between brainwaves and machines.

I include these patents because they document the progression from external surveillance toward direct interaction with brain activity. They form part of the public trail showing that the human brain has been developed as a battlefield for control.

Project Puppet: total control of the human being

All of this experimentation, spanning decades, converged into a single modern system: Project Puppet.

Project Puppet is the culmination of MKUltra, RHIC-EDOM, Monarch, Silent Talk, and DARPA’s N3 interface research—a system operated through intelligence agencies, military organizations, defense contractors, satellite infrastructure, and artificial intelligence.

• Remote Neural Monitoring: continuous scanning of brainwaves and mapping of thoughts in real time.

• Voice-to-Skull: direct communication into a victim’s mind, simulating voices or commands.

• Directed Energy Weapons: silent torture capable of inducing pain, burns, internal injury, neurological disruption, and physical exhaustion without leaving the evidence associated with a conventional attack.

• Emotional and Behavioral AI Feedback Loops: artificial intelligence reacting to a target’s emotions and steering them toward despair, anger, or compliance.

• Dream Manipulation: insertion of synthetic imagery and scenarios into a target’s subconscious.

• Soul and Identity Hijacking: overlays intended to suppress natural consciousness and replace it with programmable behavior.

Project Puppet makes the human mind itself the prison. The target is no longer free in thought, emotion, or even in dreams.

The cruel logic of control

The evolution from MKUltra to Project Puppet reveals a consistent logic: the rulers of these programs are not simply gathering intelligence—they are seeking absolute domination of the human being.

To them, free thought is a threat. Independent souls are dangerous. So they devised a system to break every individual down into a controllable puppet, an empty vessel filled only with artificial commands.

Why the world must rise

This is not just about one country or one agency. Project Puppet is a global system of control, and every human being has a stake in whether it is exposed and stopped.

The same institutions that once administered LSD to unsuspecting people in secret did not suddenly abandon the pursuit of behavioral control. They gained satellites, neural interfaces, massive datasets, machine learning, and new ways to hide operations behind contractors and classification.

We are at the threshold of a final choice: Do we allow these programs to continue, hidden in classified budgets and feeding on the suffering of innocents? Or do we demand truth, accountability, and the end of neurological warfare?

How we answer the history

We answer intimidation with disciplined persistence. File records requests. Contact oversight bodies. Support lawful investigations. Ask precise questions. Keep copies. Record the response—and record the silence when no response comes.

Most of all, we refuse the idea that technological power cancels human rights. A classified budget does not erase consent. A contractor does not stand above the Constitution. A machine does not own the mind it can measure.
