Project Puppet: The Total Control System

I call it Project Puppet because that is exactly what this system is built to do: reach into the private territory of a human being and pull the strings of thought, emotion, perception, sleep, pain, and behavior.

I did not choose this subject as an academic exercise. I came to it as a survivor. I have spent years connecting what I experienced with patents, declassified programs, military research, whistleblower testimony, and the reports of other Targeted Individuals. The pattern has a name. That name is Project Puppet.

In the deepest layers of the U.S. intelligence community lies a program so advanced, so invasive, and so all-encompassing that it eclipses every prior mind control initiative—Project Puppet.

Unlike past projects like MKUltra, Stargate, Looking Glass, or Pegasus, Project Puppet does not seek to merely study consciousness or influence behavior—it seeks full-spectrum dominance over the human being: their mind, body, emotions, thoughts, and even their soul’s trajectory.

This project is a culmination—a convergence—of decades of covert research, now brought together under a singular command structure operated by the NSA, CIA, DIA, Space Force, and private black contractors.

Its goal: Turn human beings into programmable, remote-controlled biological assets. And it is already operational.

Project Puppet’s core mission

Objective: Achieve complete remote control over a human being’s nervous system, thoughts, actions, and bodily functions using a hybrid of electromagnetic, quantum, neurological, and AI-driven software systems.

The system functions like a digital puppeteer, controlling individuals from afar via satellites, AI platforms, directed energy, and neural implants—sometimes physical, often energetic or frequency-based.

Technologies used in Project Puppet

This program integrates the most advanced surveillance and manipulation technology ever developed.

Remote Neural Monitoring tracks and decodes brainwave frequencies in real time. It reads thoughts, emotions, dreams, and intentions, turning the private mind into a stream of captured data.

Complete Remote Neural Control does not stop at reading. It overrides brain signals using pulse-modulated RF, ELF, and other frequency-based systems. It can direct muscle movement, interfere with emotional centers, and push a target toward compliance, rage, fear, or exhaustion.

A patent does not tell us every way a technology has been deployed, but it destroys the lazy claim that the underlying capabilities are impossible.
