My name is Maxis Richards, and I am a Targeted Individual.
For the past 5 years, I have been subjected to covert harassment, electronic attacks, Voice-to-Skull (V2K) transmissions, directed energy weapons (DEWs), and psychological warfare carried out by secret government programs.
This isn’t science fiction.
This isn’t paranoia.
This is my life.
I am one of countless people across the world who have been illegally targeted, monitored, and tortured as part of a shadow war against truth-tellers, whistleblowers, and those who refuse to conform. The tactics used against me are part of the modern evolution of MKUltra—a continuation of covert mind control and behavioral modification programs, now upgraded with satellite-based surveillance, neuroweapons, and frequency-based manipulation.
Over the years, I have experienced:
- Gangstalking: organized surveillance and harassment campaigns designed to isolate and destabilize me.
- V2K (Voice-to-Skull): hearing voices and verbal harassment transmitted directly into my mind using classified technologies.
- Remote Neural Monitoring: unauthorized tracking of my thoughts, emotions, and physical responses in real time.
- Directed Energy Attacks: burning, sleep deprivation, emotional disruption, and pain delivered through microwave or RF energy.
- Character assassination: efforts to discredit me socially, professionally, and psychologically.
Despite everything, I’m still standing.
Rather than let these programs break me, I’ve used my experience as fuel to speak out, create, and connect with others who are suffering in silence. I make music, write, and produce videos to help raise awareness about the truth of what’s happening around us—and to give a voice to the voiceless.
Why I Speak Out
Because the truth matters.
Because the torture must stop.
Because no one deserves to suffer in silence.
There are thousands—maybe millions—of people being covertly targeted across the globe. Most are misdiagnosed, dismissed, or ignored. Their pain is invisible. Their truth is buried. But I see them, and I fight for them.
