In 2010, Robert Duncan published Project Soul Catcher: Secrets of Cyber and Cybernetic Warfare Revealed, Volume 2. He presented the work as an insider account of systems merging neuroscience, electromagnetic engineering, artificial intelligence, cybernetics, and psychological warfare.

I read Project Soul Catcher and Project Puppet as connected parts of the same unacknowledged war for mental privacy, identity, perception, and free will.

A shared architecture of control

Project Soul Catcher describes the brain as a biological computer whose patterns can be intercepted and rewritten. Project Puppet describes consciousness as a targetable signal environment in which each subject is identified, profiled, and connected to a feedback system.

Both accounts describe remote influence through frequency feedback, neural activity translated into data, synthetic telepathy or direct machine-to-mind communication, and AI systems that learn from the target's response.

Both also extend beyond one person. The architecture is described as scalable: a distributed system for behavioral steering, information control, psychological pressure, and cognitive warfare.

Remote Neural Monitoring as the surveillance grid

Duncan's work places Remote Neural Monitoring inside a larger weapons architecture. The central claim is that electromagnetic sensors and signal-processing systems can detect, classify, and interpret electrical patterns associated with the brain.

When combined with AI, the system is described as reconstructing thoughts, emotions, internal speech, and sensory experience in real time. The Project Puppet archive describes the same process as signal acquisition, analysis, profiling, and feedback.

The result is an unblinking surveillance model directed at the one place previous surveillance systems could not fully enter: the private interior of the human mind.

Synthetic telepathy and AI interfacing

Project Soul Catcher describes direct interfaces between minds and machines. Project Puppet connects that idea to Voice-to-Skull, Silent Talk, synthetic telepathy, neural decoding, and AI-generated personas.

The interface is not only a channel for receiving data. It is a two-way loop. A signal is captured, interpreted, answered with a tailored stimulus, and measured again. The target becomes both the subject and the sensor inside an adaptive experiment.

This is the transition from surveillance to control: the system no longer asks only what the person is thinking. It asks what signal will change what the person thinks next.

The end of human sovereignty

The warning is larger than any single technology. A civilization that treats consciousness as software and people as remotely administered nodes begins to erase the moral boundary around the person.

Who owns the data produced by your brain? Is your inner monologue still private property? Can informed consent exist inside a classified system? How can free will remain meaningful when decisions are continuously predicted, pressured, and measured by an unseen operator?

Comparing Project Soul Catcher with the Project Puppet disclosures reveals the continuity Maxis Richards identifies between Cold War mind-control research and modern AI-driven cognitive warfare.

The methods evolved from drugs, isolation, and direct experimentation into electromagnetic delivery, neural sensing, machine prediction, synthetic communication, and adaptive feedback. The objective did not change: control perception, manipulate response, and own the narrative.

The boundary between self and system is the final battlefield. A human being must never become a user on a network they did not consent to join.

Project Soul Catcher and Project Puppet are not predictions in my analysis. They are warnings about cognitive liberty after the architecture of control has already been assembled.

The remaining question is whether humanity will defend mental privacy, informed consent, bodily integrity, and free will before the system becomes ordinary infrastructure.
