A

Acoustic Weapons – Non-lethal weapons that use sound frequencies (often infrasonic or ultrasonic) to cause discomfort, disorientation, or physical harm.

AI Surveillance – Artificial intelligence systems that track, predict, and profile human behavior through data aggregation and behavioral analytics.

Alpha Waves – Brainwave frequency between 8–12 Hz, typically associated with relaxed mental states. Often targeted in neuromodulation research.

Amplified Thought Broadcasting – The artificial projection of thoughts into the minds of others, reported by TIs as a synthetic telepathy phenomenon.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) – Machine learning systems used to analyze, predict, and simulate behavior, emotion, or speech—used in targeting algorithms.

Artificial Dreams – Induced or manipulated dream states using brainwave entrainment or direct neural interference.


B

Behavioral Modification – The process of changing human behavior using psychological, pharmacological, or electromagnetic tools.

Biohacking – The manipulation of biological systems (e.g., brainwaves, nervous system) using technology, drugs, or frequencies.

Bio-signature – A unique electromagnetic profile of an individual’s brain or body, often used to identify and “lock on” to a target.

Brain Entrainment – Forcing the brain to synchronize with external frequencies, altering mood or cognitive function.

Brain Mapping – The process of analyzing and recording the structure and function of the brain, especially for control or surveillance.


C

Cognitive Warfare – The military strategy of influencing or damaging an individual’s or group’s cognitive processes, beliefs, or decisions.

Cortical Modulation – The targeted stimulation or suppression of specific areas of the cerebral cortex to influence behavior or perception.

Cybernetic Control – The interface between human biological systems and machines to control or alter thoughts and bodily functions.

Covert Harassment – Systematic psychological and electronic attacks designed to destabilize a target without visible or physical proof.


D

DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) – U.S. agency responsible for pioneering advanced military technologies, including neuroweapons.

DEW (Directed Energy Weapon) – A weapon that emits energy (microwave, laser, RF) at a target, potentially causing harm or behavioral effects.

Disassociation Programming – A mind control method that creates trauma-induced compartmentalization of the psyche.

Dystonia – Involuntary muscle contractions, sometimes reported as a symptom of directed energy attacks.


E

Electromagnetic Field (EMF) – An invisible field of energy produced by electricity or wireless signals; can be used therapeutically or as a weapon.

Electromagnetic Harassment (EH) – The use of EMF technologies to cause physical or psychological harm without physical contact.

Electroencephalogram (EEG) – A test that records electrical activity in the brain. In targeting, EEGs can be mimicked remotely.

ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) – Frequencies below 100 Hz used in brainwave entrainment or manipulation technologies.

Electronic Surveillance – Monitoring individuals through digital devices, cameras, and wireless data without their consent.


F

Frequency Weaponization – The use of specific sound or EM frequencies to influence mental, emotional, or physical states.

Fusion Centers – Government-run intelligence-sharing hubs that link federal, state, and local agencies, often involved in domestic targeting operations.


G

Gangstalking – Organized psychological harassment involving multiple individuals following, surveilling, and interacting with a target to cause distress.

Geo-fencing – Virtual boundaries used in surveillance; can trigger specific monitoring or harassment protocols when targets cross into areas.


H

Hertz (Hz) – The unit of frequency. Brainwaves and many weaponized frequencies are measured in hertz.

Hypersonic Sound Device (HSS) – A directional speaker technology that can transmit audible messages directly into the skull.

Hypnotic Programming – The use of trance states to implant suggestions, commands, or triggers.

Implantable Neural Interfaces – Devices inserted into the brain or nervous system to monitor or control activity. May be invasive or nano-scale.

Involuntary Human Experimentation – Research conducted on individuals without their knowledge or consent, violating international law.


L

Learned Helplessness – A psychological condition caused by persistent negative stimuli in which the target feels powerless to change their situation.

Lock-On Signal – The focused frequency beam used to track or influence a specific target based on their bio-signature.

Magnetoencephalography (MEG) – A technique that maps brain activity by recording magnetic fields; possibly mimicked remotely by advanced satellite systems.

Mass Mind Control – The large-scale influence of population behavior using media, EM signals, or AI-based manipulation.

Microwave Auditory Effect (Frey Effect) – The phenomenon of hearing sounds or voices via pulsed microwaves directed at the head.

Mind Uploading – The theoretical transfer of consciousness to a digital or cloud-based system.

MKUltra – CIA’s notorious program of non-consensual mind control research, including drugs, electroshock, and behavioral engineering.

Neural Interface – A communication pathway between the brain and external devices, used in both therapeutic and covert systems.

Neuroweapons – Tools or systems designed to alter, monitor, or harm the nervous system—often without physical contact.

Neuroplasticity Exploitation – The manipulation of the brain’s ability to rewire itself in response to stimuli, used for programming or control.

Operation Paperclip – The secret post-WWII U.S. program that brought Nazi scientists to America, many of whom had experience in psychological experimentation.

Pulsed RF Energy – Radiofrequency energy emitted in timed bursts; associated with V2K, Frey Effect, and DEWs.

Psychological Warfare (PsyOps) – Strategic operations designed to influence, intimidate, or control individuals or populations psychologically.

Psychotronics – A field that studies the interaction between the mind and electromagnetic fields—used in theoretical and applied mind control systems.


Q

Quantum Surveillance – Theoretical or emerging tech using quantum signals to monitor or interact with matter at a distance—including consciousness.

Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) – The ability to read and influence brain activity remotely using satellites and electromagnetic frequencies.

Reticular Activating System (RAS) – The part of the brain that regulates wakefulness and attention; often manipulated in neuroweapons.

Targeted Individual (TI) – A person who is non-consensually surveilled, harassed, and experimented on with psychological or electromagnetic weapons.

Tetrahydrozoline Tracking – A theorized biometric method using eye pattern recognition and micro-movements to confirm a person’s identity for targeting.

Thought Insertion – The artificial implantation of thoughts into a person’s mind, often experienced during RNM or V2K attacks.

Whistleblower – A person who exposes secret or classified information about illegal or unethical activities within a government or organization.


Z

Zero Evidence Warfare – A form of targeting where no physical trace is left, making it nearly impossible to prove using conventional means.
