The transition from the drug-based horrors of MK-Ultra to the frequency-based prison of the 21st century is no longer a matter of theory; it is a matter of physics.
The Bio-Electromagnetic Signature: Your Unique Frequency ID
As seen in recent technical disclosures (Fig. 1: Bio_Electromagnetic), every human body emits a unique electronic signal frequency ID. Much like a fingerprint or a MAC address for a computer, this Bio-Electromagnetic field—spanning the Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta, and Gamma ranges—allows for the precise “locking on” of radar and satellite-based surveillance.
This is the foundation of Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM). By detecting the specific modulation of a human brain wave, deep-state actors can identify a single “Targeted Individual” (TI) in a crowd of thousands, turning the body’s own natural emissions into a tracking beacon.
Mass Control via the Mobile Network
The deployment of this technology is not limited to specialized labs. We are now seeing evidence of “Mass and Individual Remote Mind Control” (Fig. 2) being funneled through the very infrastructure we use daily:
- Mobile Phone Networks: Utilizing cell towers to broadcast bio-resonant frequencies.
- Black Helicopters: Outfitted with psychotropic weapon carriers for localized “brain mapping.”
- Disguised Communication Vehicles: Mobile units that can park in residential neighborhoods to induce specific neuro-responses in targets through walls.
The goal is Bioelectric Resonance Frequency synchronization. By hitting the Motor Control Cortex at 10 Hz or the Thought Center at 20 Hz, these programs can bypass the senses to induce “phantom touch,” “imposed subconscious thoughts,” and coordinated motor impulses without the victim’s consent.
The Scalar Connection and the “Psycho-Electronic” Effect
The recent “accidental” release of documents by the government (as reported by Yahoo Tech) confirms what we have long suspected regarding the effects of electromagnetic weapons on the human body. These “Psycho-Electronic” effects are exhaustive and devastating:
- V2K (Voice-to-Skull): The transmission of the human voice directly into the skull, a technology proven as early as 1974 by Dr. Joseph C. Sharp.
- Forced Neuro-Control: The ability to trigger sudden itching, intense pain, or even involuntary muscle movements (e.g., “clacking of teeth” or “forced speech”).
- Sleep Manipulation: The “Caffeine Field” for forced wakefulness or the “Drop-in-your-tracks” sleep inducement.

The NSA and US Cyber Command continue to operate these programs under various codenames—Project Puppet, SIGNL, and modern-day MK-Ultra extensions.
